Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Arzoo is entering her third year in UBC with a major in Speech Sciences and a minor in Psychology. She hopes to obtain a Master’s degree at the UBC School of Speech Language Pathology. After volunteering with Advantage SLP in her senior year of high school, she fell in love with the profession and aspires to enter the field after completing all of her education. She has previously volunteered with an occupational therapy clinic and is currently working part-time as a behavior interventionist and a lifeguard. 

 

In her spare time, she can be found doing Pilates, making art, exploring/travelling, playing volleyball, and learning different languages (currently working on increasing her fluency in French, Spanish, and Italian).
