Speech-Language Pathologist
Mimi completed her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Alberta.
Mimi has experience working with children with a wide range of communication needs including speech sound disorders (including articulation, phonological disorders, and childhood apraxia of speech), language delays, and social communication in home, community, and school settings. She also worked with Autistic children, and is comfortable with the use of Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC). Mimi also has experience assessing and treating aphasia, apraxia of speech, and dysphagia in adults as part of a clinical practicum. She is a firm believer of family-centred care and the importance of communication and collaboration when working with clients and their families. Mimi looks forward to providing fun, individualized, and meaningful speech-language services to clients of all ages.
