Phebe has been working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. She is certified by Speech-Language and Audiology Canada, and Speech and Hearing BC. Her interests include speech sounds and language development, social communication, stuttering, and accent modification. Phebe believes in making communication meaningful in everyday life. She speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
