Speech-Language Pathologist

Sarah has both a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology and Bachelors in Elementary Education from the University of Alberta. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies, Sarah worked with both children and adults who have communication disorders secondary to diagnoses such as autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, and fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, among others.

Her passion lies in building the capacity and confidence of caregivers to integrate simple speech and language strategies to help their loved one into their everyday life.

When Sarah is not working, she enjoys hiking, running, and learning constantly through books, podcasts, and documentaries.
